♦ Acknowledge fear and work to stabilize it through our transformational work (energy work, guided journeys, embodiment work, paradigm-shifting teachings, etc)

♦ Take fearless action - embody the work by taking action that is aligned to the new reality (your target)

♦ Assess healing opportunities and strengths - extract wisdom from the lessons and the wins. Address areas that require healing.

Essentially we are co-creating a space that leads to an opening of your heart and a freeing of your true nature. Within your heart, we will learn the blueprint that illuminates the life you are here to live.
